  • Cancellation & Refund Policy

    • We understand that plans may change, and we aim to balance flexibility with responsibility.

    • Cancellations made at least two weeks prior to the start of the camp will receive a refund minus the $200 non-refundable deposit.

    • Cancellations made within two weeks of the camp start date are not eligible for a refund, as staffing and materials will have already been prepared.

    • If a camp is canceled by Inspire Christian Learning for any reason, families will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their payment to another camp.

    • If an unexpected hardship arises, please reach out to us. We seek to reflect Christ’s love in all we do and will prayerfully consider exceptions in cases of emergencies.
